Refund Policy

We provide the customers the right to cancel the service request if they have a genuine reason for canceling. The decision of refund will be based on the below mentioned refund policy:

In order to get a complete refund, kindly cancel your order within Seven (7) days from date of purchase of the service.

After cancellation of the service we will refund the amount within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

If you have successfully downloaded the material, you will not be eligible for a refund. You may contact our support team if you have any further questions.

There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  1. you have changed your mind;
  2. you made a mistake in selecting the service;
  3. you do not have sufficient expertise in the selected service;
  4. you do not have enough spare time for the course pursual.

Refunds will be paid using the same channel of purchase to the account provided during the service request.

Your admission are subject to cancellation if the below mentioned has been noticed:

There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  1. You admission form is fully or partially incomplete.
  2. The supporting documents and proofs are not complete or valid.
  3. Any false documents have been submitted.
  4. The required educational qualifications and expertise for the course are not fulfilled.
  5. Any incorrect or wrong information was provided during the signup.

Note: Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
